Lyomark Pharma was founded in Oberhaching, near Munich, in 1989 as a contract manufacturer and active ingredient manufacturer for niche products. As the name suggests, Lyomark supplies sterile lyophilised and liquid products, and has firmly established itself in this sector of the pharmaceutical industry over the last 25 years.
In addition to manufacturing, our services to the pharmaceutical industry range from the provision and maintenance of dossiers to the submission of national and international marketing authorisation applications for well-known pharmaceutical companies.

Management
Since 01 October 2021, Dr Wolfgang Burger has taken over the management of the company. Dr Burger has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as Managing Director of PharmaZell GmbH.
On 1 April 2022, Dr Dirk Hütten joined Dr Burger on the management board. Dr Hütten has more than 20 years of experience in various international sales functions along the supply chain of pharmaceutical products.
Partners
Our sister company Bendalis GmbH was founded in 2006. Bendalis GmbH is focused on developing and promoting generic and niche proprietary oncology products within Germany and various international markets. By collaborating with wholesalers and partners worldwide, Bendalis has an distribution network and access to in-depth information on markets and products.
Lyocontract GmbH is a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing site with the capabilities of producing liquid and freeze-dried parenteral drugs in vials. The site received its manufacturing license in 2012 and has ever since earned the trust of numerous clients in Germany and abroad. Lyomark Pharma GmbH become majority holder of Lyocontract GmbH in 2017.
